Farrakhan: Obama = The Messiah

October 10, 2008 · Filed Under News, Reverend Jeremiah Wright ·

We don’t hear much from Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan these days, but he has reappeared to show his support for Barack Obama.

Louis Farrakhan is associated with the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and he has strong thoughts on the Presidential election.

In a video that was recently posted to YouTube (and will probably be taken down shortly), Farrakhan is seen speaking to a large crowd where he proclaims…

“You are the instruments that God is going to use to bring about universal change, and that is why Barack has captured the youth. And he has involved young people in a political process that they didn’t care anything about. That’s a sign. When the Messiah speaks, the youth will hear, and the Messiah is absolutely speaking.”

Congratulations on the endorsement, Obama.

Barack Obama and Another Terrorist Friend: Rashid Khalidi

October 10, 2008 · Filed Under Ethics, William Ayers ·

Barack Obama has been trying to minimize his relationship with terrorist William Ayers, but news this week of Obama and Rashid Khalidi further reinforces that Obama has a dangerous circle of friends.

Hugh Hewitt sheds light on the matter at Townhall.com

Khalidi is a Columbia professor and strong advocate for the Palestinians. He is a man of the left, and he is close to Obama and Ayers. Obama’s friendship with Khalidi would be unsettling to many supporters of Israel –if it was well known, which it isn’t.

Read the transcript between Hugh Hewitt and Stanley Kurtz on Barack Obama’s ties to terrorist Bill Ayers and Palestinian advocate Rashid Khalidi.

WorldNetDaily further delves into Khalidi and his relationship with Obama…

The board of a nonprofit organization on which Sen. Barack Obama served as a paid director alongside a confessed domestic terrorist granted funding to a controversial Arab group that mourns the establishment of Israel as a “catastrophe” and supports intense immigration reform, including providing drivers licenses and education to illegal aliens.

The co-founder of the Arab group in question, Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi, also has held a fundraiser for Obama. Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel, has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group.

But don’t worry about these terrorists that launched Obama’s political career. According to Barack and his campaign, this stuff is just a distraction.

Did Barack Obama Commit Treason?

October 10, 2008 · Filed Under Ethics, Iraq, News ·

Barack Obama tried to undercut negotiations between President Bush and Iraqi leaders in June 2008, according to the Washington Times.

Mr. Obama’s conversations with the Iraqi leaders, confirmed to The Washington Times by his campaign aides, began just two weeks after he clinched the Democratic presidential nomination in June and stirred controversy over the appropriateness of a White House candidate’s contacts with foreign governments while the sitting president is conducting a war.

Could this be a violation of the Logan Act?

If you’re not familiar with it, the Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments.

Barack Obama was not authorized to negotiate with Iraq. Could this arrogant, naive act be considered treasonous?
