Obama Supports a Glass Ceiling on the American Dream
Yesterday in Ohio, a plumber approached Barack Obama and asked, “Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn’t it”?
Obama responded…
“It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody that is behind you, that they have a chance for success, too.
I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”
So, if I am following this correctly, everybody should have a shot at the American Dream, but once you hit $250,000, that’s it?
At that point, your success is, indeed punished, as you have to “spread the wealth” as Barack Obama stated.
Sounds like a fantastic plan to achieve mediocrity across the board and discourage success.
Obama’s Ludacris Politics
The eleventh installment of RedHatBlueHat featured Mike Allen, Shawn Collins, Todd Crawford, Jeff Doak, Sam Harrelson, and Tim Jones (until a storm knocked him off).
This installment tackled the latest song to drop by rapper Ludacris in honor of Obama, Sen. Ted Stevens, R-Alaska facing a seven-count indictment accusing him of accepting financial gifts that weren’t reported on his financial disclosure forms, and the rumors of a John Edwards love child.
The modest growth of the U.S. economy for the second quarter was debated, as well as a heated discussion on the torture of terrorists.
The RedHatBlueHat crew also talks about whether they’d like to have a beer with Barack Obama or John McCain, the issue of Obama cancelling a visit to wounded U.S. troops in Germany, and what there is to like about John McCain.
Finally, the chat turned to whether polls are accurate at this point, and speculation over Vice-President prospects on both sides.
Episode 11 runs 75 minutes of ludicrous political banter.

Obama Mac vs. PC
Parody of the Mac and PC commercials that discusses wealth redistribution.
Sorry Obama, the Economy is Rebounding
The U.S. economy is moving towards a rebound, according to Treasury secretary, Henry M. Paulson Jr.
“We are still working through housing and capital markets issues, and expect to be doing so for some time,” he said in remarks at a Washington Post conference. “We also expect to see a faster pace of economic growth before the end of the year.”
Great news for the country, but bad news for Barack.
Isn’t it sad that his campaign flourishes on negative economic stories and setbacks in the U.S. war efforts?
You’d think the country was falling apart at the seams. But do you know how many households were in some stage of foreclosure during April 2008? Two percent!
Sorry Obama. Hopefully your victories are more in line with the American people moving forward.
